Server-side Formatting the Ooyala Player Token String

Note: This functionality applies to Ooyala Player V4 and Player V3 (Deprecated).
As described in the architectural overview, you must format a request for an Ooyala Player Token. You pass this string (along with the playhead position) to your client application for validation at playback time. The following is the syntax of a representative HTTP request for an Ooyala Player Token (OPT).
- pcode is your Ooyala-supplied provider ID.
- embed_code is the video ID or content ID.
- apiKey, expirationTime, and computedSignature are the request signing described at Your API Credentials and General Algorithm for Signing Requests.
- account_id is the your identifier for the viewer.
